We just got stuck in the elevator! Then it went to the wrong floor and when it did open it was not flush with the floor and I fell out. I called the front desk and his response was “oh they were refreshing the elevator sorry it won’t happen again” seriously?!!!! I asked for the manager and the front desk said they don’t come on the weekend!!! This is horrible!!!

Hotel nice, besides the renovation. The hospitality is horrible. Had a reservation, but when I got there to check in they did not have my reservation. Plus, my room tv didn’t work for about an hour. Would I stay there again, HELL NO. Talking about the one in Mesquite,Tx off of 635. Reservation tell u one thing, but the desk clerk tell u different. 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

Me and my sisters came down to support a family member. The next day we learned that we had to stay another day. At checkout the so called manager said she would hold another room for us. Only for us to find out she didn't. She said she was the manager. She's Hispanic.It was a clear case of racism.
