My wife and I decided to stay in this hotel because we are 20 and their website said 18 for check in age. When we got there they denied us our room because we weren’t 21. They even said every hotel in McCall is 21 and older which is also a lie. They have not a clue what they are talking about or what they are doing. We had already paid for the room in full. The manager, David did not care about what the hotel website said. Didn’t even apologize just gave us a refund and kicked us to the curb. So now our fun trip turned down ... read more

So, the room was clean and the beds comfortable. However, housekeeping moved our things and took sacks we were using to cushion glass from a personal bag we had and I was charged twice for the room. I thought one of the charges would fall off as for a while they both showed “pending”, but they have been “hard charges” for a week now. Thank God I asked for a receipt.
