The room was clean, quiet, and warm which are the most important things to me but it was also very spacious with a side private area with a pullout couch and a kitchenette area as well! The bed was comfortable and HUGE! Plenty of towels and bathroom products which was great because I forgot all of mine. The staff was so helpful and accommodating. Stayed here while on business in Madison, WI. Checked in late, but was greeted with friendly and accommodating service at the front desk. The staff were very helpful in arranging airport travel for the following morning as well. Rooms were quiet, very clean, and spacious. The beds were comfortable, with a variety of pillows to choose from based on firmness. Hotel also had a fitness centre and a free, hot breakfast. BE Careful, stayed there and someone broke out our back glass overnight. Parked out front to the left side a few spaces from entrance. Told camera didn't cover that area, front parking lot. Called police, that's a joke, they don't follow up. I'm just out $1,500 for new glass. Expensive stay, went there because we thought it was safe. Stay at HIExpress all the time. Horrible experience! Bad enough I have never posted experience any where else before.
