it’s been 2 weeks and the $100 incidentals authorization hasn’t dropped off my card. This is the most extreme instance of a temp auth, and it has nothing to do with the bank. Do you guys need a $100 loan? You can just ask… CONFIRMED: it's been 1 month, and bank confirms the hotel never dropped the charge. I called the hotel and they confirmed the same and are working with management to remove it. The customer service reply to this review is a lie.
