Service was great. Room was ok. The location however was not for me. I didn't feel safe here.
This Holiday Inn Express hotel at 770 tonnelle Ave is the worse ever. My room was filthy. Lamp broken, carpet not vacuumed, desks all dirty, TV not working, phone not working and front desk lady smiling like it was funny when I complained. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I wish I could post the pictures of my room.
I gave this hotel a one star review because I couldn’t give it a no star review. I unfortunately am getting scammed by them and they are refusing to give my deposit back specifically the front desk associate Lisa, I spoke with her over the phone to ask why my deposit has yet to be sent back to my bank account and she claimed that they did send it, but upon speaking with my bank, I in fact, did not receive my deposit back.
