Very upset and disappointed with this hotel. I stayed at the hotel from the 24th-26th September. The hotel was notified beforehand and accepted that I would be receiving a parcel on the 25th.Unfortunately FEDEX never delivered the parcel on time, and it was delivered and accepted by reception on the 29th. When I checked out I informed staff to hold the package for me as I would be flying out to New York from the UK. They agreed and stated they would hold it for me. It's a really good hotel, the staff is friendly, helpful, rooms are clean, breakfast is basic but nice. It has good coffee on the house. Overall very very good

It's a really good hotel, the staff is friendly, helpful, rooms are clean, breakfast is basic but nice. It has a sit out right behind , good coffee on the house. It's even got a pool. The owner is a lovely person and is seen at the property at times. Overall very very good

Great customer service , clean rooms, good room service , close to everything yes there is traffic but that’s New York for you , we had a very clean and nice room , view was tracks but we were not here to sit in the room so worked great. All in all great hotel to book for trip to jersey or New York, morning breakfast had a lot of variety of food. Definitely will book again.
