Danny, the Manager, was amazing! His leadership was shown everywhere I looked-from the breakfast buffet, to the front desk, and even when there was a fluke where something needed to be fixed. Btw, it got fixed right away and he explained it to me so professionally and offered me solutions. He even lent me his umbrella on the day of my interview. Over all the Hotel was very good, the room was clean and appropriately sized, with a microwave and a Fridge. The room was also quiet at night, which was relaxing. The bathroom was also nice but the shower was a bit janky with only a little stream of water which irritated my skin a bit, cause of the chlorine in the water, but that’s normal in the USA. I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The room was clean, the breakfast was excellent, and even though my English is not very strong, the staff were kind and helpful. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. However, after checking out, I realized that I had left some of my belongings in the room. When I contacted the hotel later, I was informed that the item had not been found. I understand that it was my responsibility to make sure I didn’t leave anything behind, but it was a piece of clothing that was important ... read more
