"all these reviews are bots!!" Some of yall are delusional. This was a fantastic stay for a budget hotel. My husband and I stayed one night with our two dogs and had a wonderful stay. There is a pet fee but it is reasonable! The receptionist was lovely and kind! The room was clean, it looked like they were renovating or just finished because there were some newer looking features like the tub tap but the tub itself was a little chipped on the edge. Staff was very friendly. Unfortunately that doesn’t make up for a bedbug crawling across your pillow towards your face just as you’re closing your eyes to go to sleep. I leap out of bed, tell my distraught wife to do the same and would you look at that, a large stink bug was hanging out in the bed as well. Unreal. Looked like the bedbug had a meal fairly recently too, donated by whoever had the misfortune of staying there before us. This is an updated review of the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Indianapolis Northwest after staying for 1 night in October 2025. Overall, my ratings remain the same and there were noise issues once again. I did include some pictures of the hotel. This time around there were a bunch of 20-somethings talking in the halls and running around the halls trick-or-treating since it was Halloween (literally running and making lots of noise) at 10:30 PM.
