The location was central to many stores, restaurants and JMU. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were pretty nice, clean and with great soap and lotions. The only issue (and this is a big one for me) was the shower; the water pressure was weak and it didn't really get hot enough.
Sheets were so poly. They made my skin burn and were very hot to sleep in. Everything else was good.
The front desk staff were kind and helpful. The manager was very helpful with a loud neighbor at 1am (quickly resolved). The complimentary breakfast was one of the largest and best tasting I’ve had in awhile. The room was very clean. When I come back to Harrisonburg, I’d stay here again.
Very nice property in a fantastic location near shopping, dining, interstate, and James Madison University. Guest services staff were kind and helpful. Rooms were contemporary and clean.
