I have been an IHG member for years and regularly choose Holiday Inn hotels. Again, I chose Holiday Inn for a one night stay before flying out of Grand Rapids early the next morning because they have a service to take you to the airport and let you park your car at the hotel (never again, keep reading). As usual, the hotel room was great. The first lady that checked me in took great care of me. She told me someone would be there at 4 AM to take us to the airport. At 4 AM, no one showed up. The hotel was nice for the most part. The staff were kind and somewhat helpful. When we initially checked in, we were given keys/cards to a room that was being repaired. The entire curtain/shade function was lying across the chaise. There were various tools lying around the desk area. It was irritating to reload our luggage and move to another room. Particularly since there were no carts available. They were all being used. My suggestion would be to track the guests who use them by room number and send another staff member t... read more
Super clean and accommodating. Definitely will stay here again before a flight. I was able to park my car here with the park and fly pass.
Nice sized room, clean and safe. Front desk staff was accommodating and shuttle was very reliable. Housekeeping skipped me, but maybe they were short-handed over the holiday. I'd stay here again.
