We arrived late about 11pm and disappointed to find out debris on the carpet and hairs on top on my bed(next to window) because it's late and tired from a 5hrs flight I didn't bother to call; and only one night stay. I do not like to stay in this particular area again, no convenience store on the hotel to pickup food or snacks for late night check in guest. Has to walk about 10 mins or so find a place to get food. 😭
