RecommendedI'm recommending the hotel but I want to point out that it wasn't the greatest stay. the front desk Mgr working on Nov 9. was not friendly at all, did not greet us, had zero personality and was not helpful. we spent about 25 mins attempting to get the printer to print on the computer area. later, we attempted to use the pool and it was completely dark though it was listed as still open. the hot tub was only about 90°. we attempted to call the front desk from the pool area but no one ever answered the phone. we had an early f... read more

Very very very rude. Caleb brooks but wanted to lie and use a fake name when asked what his name was again, he is a horrible manager. I have taken my concern to corporate, I have never had a manger speak to me the way he did, corporate will be pulling our phone conversation. They don’t contact anyone back. They cancel reservations without notice when my booking was a pay at the property. After making a corporate complaint I was correct my room should’ve never been canceled on the hotel end. Hello, On March 17th, 2019 I called Holiday inn Express to get two rooms for my twins birthdays party. I was quoted one price, but when I received the reservation receipt on the 19th (which I should have received the same day) it only quoted one room for the price he gave me which was way too much. First I want to say that we called because we were coming from the Denver airport and had been stuck on the road for over 5 hours. We wanted to make sure that our room didn't get sold. They told us no problem. We rolled into the hotel at 5:30pm with three kids that had been cooped up in the car since 08:00am all 4 adults were cranky and stressed out....Yoselin Martinez was amazing!
