I was scheduled for major shoulder surgery on Monday. I had a heart problem and cardiologist cancelled my surgery. Must have pacemaker installed. I made reservations 6 days ahead and tried to cancel due to health problems. Tried cancelling 4 days before reservation and paid extre money in case of cancel. They totally refuse my request and will not give my money back. Terrible service and crooks. I turned them in to better business bureau and I'm not finished. I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at this hotel in Dallas. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing night. The bed was especially comfortable, and I slept really well. The staff was friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile, which made the experience even better. The location was convenient and easy to access, and the atmosphere felt safe and inviting. Overall, it was a great experience
first off all if you like hotels with a horrendous smell this is the place! "No smoking" but every area stinks like cigar. Second , the room and location sucks. 3rd , they told me they would hold something for me and proceeded to tell me they were going to hold it just for me to come back and say they can't find it. Seriously would only stay here for the deal, but at that rate I'll just stay at super 6 , atleast they won't steal my stuff. Foremost expect to wait 5 minutes for the elevator . Worst elevators of my life
Construction in the parking lot. Homeless people outside. Smells like weed. Dirty. Run down. Tiles on floor popping up. Will never stay here again!!
