I recently stayed at the Comfort Inn & Suites Dallas Medical-Market Center, and my experience was overwhelmingly positive. The location is excellent—just minutes from the Dallas Market Center, major hospitals, and downtown attractions, which made getting around the city very convenient. This was one of the worst hotels we’ve stayed in. First of all the hotel is in the process of being renovated and when I made the reservation the website did not say anything about that. Second of all the entire hotel smells like weed, not suprised since it’s Dallas. But what made the experience absolutely miserable was the staff that had poor attitudes and could care less about their customers.
