Nice staff, lovely room, good breakfast. Comfortable beds. Quiet and convenient will be returning
This is not the best area of Dallas. The hallway smelled like horrible thick nasty weed for my entire stay. It was nauseating. Very dumpy on the inside. Outside looks great. The room itself was not bad. Shower was a bit "used". And the chair in the room was worn. I mean it looked like a chair that had been in a family's living room for generations. Overall, find a different hotel.
These people need to be more professional. Non English speaking individuals. I forget , it’s texas
First off this is not a good area of town I felt unsafe the entire time. We booked a 3 day stay with them. We had trouble the first few minutes the a/c was on full and the controller wouldn't turn on or off went down and told them about it and he said sorry about that but we are full and nothing they could do. A few minutes later he came and showed us a different room in that room noticed that it had a thermostat on the wall he was even surprised at that so we checked our room and it was more hidden but there so okay. Next time, my wife gets to pick the hotel. This hotel needs new furniture, new flooring, and new paint. For the price, we could do better. The staff was friendly.
