Gave this joke of an established 1 star because zero stars is not an option. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES trust this hotel with your family's vacation. They gave our room away and the rooms of all the other people that were trying to check in when we did. If not for finding another hotel 30 minutes away my family would have had to sleep in the car. ZERO help in finding another room. Zero accountability. Zero concern for you and your family. DO NOT TRUST

I just used the hotel for one night. Everything was like expected. Clean, comfy bed, friendly stuff, even as I arrived after midnight. The hotel is very close to everything what you need for a short stop. I had a room with Mountain View and it was amazing in the morning. You also get this nice view at the breakfast area. The only bad thing is the parking situation, but this has nothing to do with the hotel. It is only the stupidity of the drivers who don’t know what the white lines one the ground means! I have been traveling to Colorado Springs for the last 2 years for work and never had an issues until this time. Unfortunately this time my vehicle was broken into by breaking my passenger side window. The parking lot has lack luster lighting and is very dark with only options parking far away from the front. I understand that they are not liable based on their signs BUT the lighting is absolutely their issue on their property. Beware!

Holiday Inn do better. Y'all's swimming pool is straight green and slimy. The hot tub didn't work. The beds are extremely uncomfortable. Your staff is unfriendly. Unexpected charges were given serval hours after checkout. I'll be contacting the BBB to help prevent future guests from having to deal with such an unsatisfying experience. I was trying to do something special with my family and the whole stay was a huge downer. Don't stay here it isn't worth the money.
