We enjoyed our stay here in Colorado Springs. Staff was very polite. Breakfast was nice. We would stay here again.
Great room, great price and will most definitely recommend this spot to anybody looking for a great place to stay the night. What really did it for me is the lady working in the morning.... Mallory I think her tag said..... Went way above and beyond.... Her great attitude made my day. 5 stars!!
The staff was super nice ! Loved the breakfast everyone was super kind rooms were clean we had a bit of an issue with payment processing and some confusion and they worked so hard to get everything fixed love it
Overbooked. GM would not rent a different room even when the reservation was booked and paid for. Family sleeping in the lobby The computer system is so broken the poor desk staff had to physically check rooms to see if they were the configuration we ordered. Dumpster fire for sure
