The final time I stayed here was a terrible experience. The “manager” belittled my disabled wife for taking a food tray to our room (I had a heart procedure). She made her cry!! The horrible staff/manager person made nasty comments including about how many (really 15+stays) of our stays were in the last year and they must have been for the food. Really?? Breakfast was completely wiped out and the pancake machine wasn't working with over 1.5hrs left for breakfast. There was nobody at the front desk and the person in charge of the breakfast was nowhere to be seen. The layout for the room was odd, we didn't have enough wash clothes for us and had to get more. There was also what appeared to be dried boogers on one of the beds. Although this Holiday Inn didn't smell like someone peed all over the carpets, breakfast would have been nice.
Gave this joke of an established 1 star because zero stars is not an option. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES trust this hotel with your family's vacation. They gave our room away and the rooms of all the other people that were trying to check in when we did. If not for finding another hotel 30 minutes away my family would have had to sleep in the car. ZERO help in finding another room. Zero accountability. Zero concern for you and your family. DO NOT TRUST
I just used the hotel for one night. Everything was like expected. Clean, comfy bed, friendly stuff, even as I arrived after midnight. The hotel is very close to everything what you need for a short stop. I had a room with Mountain View and it was amazing in the morning. You also get this nice view at the breakfast area. The only bad thing is the parking situation, but this has nothing to do with the hotel. It is only the stupidity of the drivers who don’t know what the white lines one the ground means!
