We arrived pretty late for check in (hospital time got away from us), but the front desk associate, Leeann still provided us with excellent service! She was apologetic (because of a slight wait time), kind, and an amazing person to end our crazy night with. We appreciated her kindness more than she knows!

Loved our stay here! It was very hard trying to find a good hotel that accepts under 21, but we’re glad we found this spot. Jessica made check in super easy, and explained all the amenities as soon as we checked in. Malorie made breakfast very welcoming, she was quick to prep the food, complimented my dress, and made sure to get everyone full.

Terrible service, we came in admittedly early. We asked if our room was ready, the lady at the front desk said “they were cleaning that floor now and if we put down our phone number she would call when ready” so we waited from 2:15pm until 3pm when we went back to the front desk. Bear in mind the regular check in time is posted as 3pm. We were then asked “who are you” at which point we said we were the ones waiting for the room. They the front desk said “ oh they are on your room right now” we waited another ten minutes now ... read more
