Earliest pool closing of any hotel we’ve been to. Booked the hotel specifically to have some nice relaxing evening swims so don’t count on that. Other than that, it’s a good hotel.

What's going on with this wall, IHG? I'd have called down, but the room's phone was dead. Lol Do better.
This HIE was better than the one we stayed at previously in Mount Pleasant in all regards - the staff was attentive and the hotel is clean. One day they skipped our room cleaning and we had to get extra towels but we didn’t face any other issues. They maintain the breakfast area and the offerings are the same as any HIE hotel and we pretty much had the pool to ourselves all week. Would stay here again.
