Everything was amazing from checking in to checking out all was a smooth process. Checking in and all the staff I interacted with was very kind and professional. Going up to the rooms it was very spacious throughout and the beds were very comfortable. Bathroom also kept well cleaned and spacious with everything you needed. It was ok Clean room Service was ok The breakfast was ok The price was ok
I stayd for a day there and would not go back there again. First it was too hard to check in online cause you gotta go to some other portal and get yourself registered and even if you do that, the other portal won't verify your confirmation. And on top of that the room was not clean at all. I would recommend you to look for another better option.
The staff here were AMAZING! Kevin and his team, especially Jenni, were nothing short of spectacular when we showed up in the morning drenched from camping on the beach. It was like showing up to your aunt's house unannounced, and she just took care of everything you needed. They absolutely rocked. The indoor pool and hot tub were a great addition since we were such inside with the rain. Yummy breakfast and a clean facility!
