Nice hotel, conveniently located less than 10 minutes from the airport, which is a big win in the high traffic Charleston area. Airport shuttle is available if needed. Wide selection of breakfast items in a comfortable setting with plenty of tables. The room was a bit warm, but not unexpected this time of year. Recommend this hotel for business and personal travel.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Holiday Inn Express. During my stay, housekeeping threw away all of the food I had stored in my room's refrigerator, along with some of my personal hygiene items. I have stayed at many hotels over the years, and this has never happened to me. To make matters worse, I later found a handwritten note from housekeeping apologizing and explaining that they thought I had checked out because they weren't informed I was a stayover guest.
