The staff here are second to none. I live in hotels and have never gotten the quality of service any where else. It's definitely what the customer needs is what we do attitude with this staff. Thank you for all you done to make our stay excellent.
We received a Holiday Inn gift certificate. We thought it was for the one here in Burlington as it was listed. They took our gift certificate. We spend the night and then two days later they called and said that it was for another property and the front desk clerk made a mistake. We ended up having to pay for our stay. This is not customer service!
Stayed at this location 19 times in 2016 and still could not get platinum IHG rewards status
