Renovations to floor was in progress, but was unexpected. Smell of "adhesive" and wet carpet / dirty smell was reported to staff. (Note: NO pets allowed was posted.) Construction noise was loud several days. All toe molding had been removed, leaving ugly baseboard area. "Business area" consisted of a nonfunctional computer that needed to be re-booted and a printer in a completely open, exposed area, rather than alcove or office like most nicer hotels.
