This was a great hotel. The staff were all very friendly. The pool area was beautiful and had a hot tub and plentiful outdoor seating. Breakfast was a huge spread. The rooms were comfortable and had a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. This hotel is a great value for anyone looking to stay in Austin.
Ask for Taylor! She picked up the phone, knowledgeable, extremely professional and took care of everything in lightning fast speed. I migrated from a competitor chain down the road found myself calling all the hotels in the area. Taylor was the only one that picked up the phone and answered all my questions. I switched from this point forward from Marriott to IHG. Promote this woman before I find a way to hire her!!!!
Clean rooms, wonderful staff, great breakfast. We had an excellent 4 night stay. I would stay here any time I am in the Austin area. Thanks Victor and Adam for a well managed property.
