My colleague & I arrived around 8pm on July 26, after a frustrating series of flights & cab experience. Taylor greeted us at the front desk in a warm & understanding manner. She was able to quickly book our rooms for our conference July 26-30, and offered complimentary bottles of water, a godsend after our travel experience. I reached out to her later, for dining & sightseeing ideas. She offered several ideas custom to our interests & agendas, that proved very enjoyable. Rooms & service were very good. We stayed for a couple days, pool was nice! Room was clean, and comfortable! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!
Check-in was extremely fast. Room was clean and very well kept. Plenty of channels on the TV. Shower had great pressure. The view outside was a bunch of trees and the city line. Bed was not too firm but a little more on the soft side. Good enough to sleep. Pillows were soft; recommend having half soft, half firm. Breakfast was a hot meal that you would get at any IHG. Gym was good enough to get a workout in. Check-out was easy and fast. Would stay here again. Nothing was worth getting the 5th Star.
