I've stayed at quite a few Holiday Inn Express and this is definitely my favorite! The common areas and our room were very clean. The outside pool area had ample seating, games, and grills. I also appreciated the free laundry room. Every employee we interacted with was kind and helpful. But I was most impressed by the breakfast. It was super clean and well stocked. The lady who worked there was top-notch and did a great job!
Stayed here for a few nights and had a positive experience. The room was comfortable, the common areas were clean, and the staff were welcoming. The Wi-Fi was occasionally slower than expected, but everything else worked well. Overall, a solid hotel that delivers a comfortable stay without any major issues.
I'm a regular guest, used to great service but Bri at the front desk was the BEST. A few weeks ago Bri checked me in, and she was professional, efficient, warm and hospitable. She made me feel like a VIP!
