Really nice. The front lady was really kind and so was all the staff. The breakfast ladies were really attentive, all had a smile on their face, and made sure everything was restocked. The rooms were really clean and stocked up! The hotel itself is in a really nice location, everything is near!
Room is very clean. Staff very friendly and so accommodating, we were able to check in a little earlier so we could get ready for graduation ceremonies.
Great experience and service from everyone I interacted with. One of the best service teams in a hotel that I have had the pleasure of being serviced by.
I haven't stayed at Holiday Inn in a while and so my stay last weeks was a pleasant surprise. It wasn't just because of the above average free breakfast (bacon! and friendly service), or the blackout drawstring curtains, comfortable bed, icy a/d, or the free washer/dryer/soap, so much as the excellent service. Bri and Susan at the front desk smiled, were personable, and seemed genuinely concerned about me and if I was comfortable during my stay. I'll be back!
