We just checked out a day early after having such a terrible experience with the rudest customer service I have ever experienced. After seeing that pets were allowed per trip advisors mobile app (see picture below) we had no problem checking in with the dog last night. Well, this morning when we were leaving one of the staff members said dogs weren’t allowed and she should charge us a $200 fee as we broke the rules. Clean with a friendly staff. We were 4 adults and had plenty of room.
Andy was very welcoming when we arrived. Very helpful with directions & friendly. The room was nice, comfortable & very clean. I will be back next time in the area!
The staff was awesome!! The beds were very comfortable!!! Definitely recommend staying here!!
We've been here 3 nights and have 1 more night to go! We love it here! Beach is minutes away and staff is wonderful! Of course because I'm working in the hotel industry I inspected the room before sleeping the first night I'll give them a 8 out of 10 on cleanliness but service is phenomenal! �
