After a nightmare at the airport, we arrived at the Holiday Inn express. Upon entrance, Judah assured us that he was going to have us taken care of for the evening. He multitasked, while giving us eye contact, a smile, and constant reassurance that we were going to have a place to stay tonight. He did this to not only us, but to all the customers waiting. The world needs more people like Judah!

Here is a tall man ,dark-skinned (brownish) and glasses-wearing service staff with a very arrogant attitude. Before checking out at noon today, he arrogantly walked to my door and called me "get out" directly. I asked “why you so rude” He say “ I don’t care” This behavior is so barbaric and disrespectful. I have stayed in Hilton, Marriott and Hyatt before.I have never met such an arrogant house keeping man like today, which makes me feel very bad now.Your hotel should strengthen the quality training. Have stayed here a few times. James is a reason I keep coming back. Great front desk guy that always looks out for me. Have found this to be a clean, quiet place to stay in a great location
