I’ve stayed in at least 10 different Holiday Inns and this was way worst than any I’ve been to. The room was nothing like the pictures. The best stuff in the breakfast buffet was broken, and worst of all! We woke to be covered in bed bug bites. The night manager was helpful but the day manager had us waiting for over an hour after she said our new room was being cleaned. Nice place. It's been updated in certain parts but shows some age in others. The elevator is a bit slow and noisy. The pool looked really nice but we didn't partake. Breakfast was good, very typical of Holiday Inn Express, which is one of the reasons we choose the chain.
great for the price
AC in the rooms is WEAK. And the lobby itself isn't even air conditioned. And none of the ice machines work. Miserable!
