Room was okay, bed was stiff and a few bugs were in the bathroom. Nothing to worry about, flushed them down. Breakfast was blah, they had yogurt and chocolate milk so I was happy with that.
Very friendly staff. Considering the location, felt the price was a little steep. Breakfast was so-so
Kind of shabby.
Had to wait 3 hours for the bed to be made . Check in was at 3 but couldn't check in til 630. Instead of the bigger room I reserved they gave us a smaller room that was all ready to check in. Housekeeping is very slow and sloppy. Better off cleaning and making the bed yourself- faster and a 3 year old would do it better. On the other hand breakfast was exceptional. Kudos to the breakfast workers. Lady at check in was nice and kept apologizing....but sorry didn't do it and sorry won't fix it. The pool was wonderful. My opinio... read more
