Upon check in I was asked to present a major credit card, sure no issues there.. provided the lady with my card she then says to me in the most condescending way “ I need a major credit card” I advise her that my card is a major credit card it’s unsecured and from my local credit union from Texas .. she then begins to tellMe that she has never heard of this company and can’t take it.. RecommendedConvenient location, nice staff, plentiful continental breakfast
The check in was quick and easy. Staff super friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and quiet. It’s a bit pricey for my taste. But sure would stay here again. Big plus they are still dog friendly. Lots of restaurants, shopping and fast food close by.
Trying to sleep, but music blarring from parking lot, and want to yell out window, but with the 10 or 20 gang members down there I choose no thanks. Hope my car is still here in the morning!
Check in was quick, assigned to a room then the clerk upgraded the room to a suite! very clean and quiet even though it was on the street side of the hotel. Breakfast was early! Great places to shop if you like. There are 3 different banks close by, plus a really nice donut shop (Fresh Donut) for those early mornings, and the coffee there was wonderful. All in all it's a great location, lovely hotel, we will definitely stay again next year.
Always super clean, best beds, most if all love that linen is cleaned by same company an not by other that mix in hotel, with hospital linen.
The rooms where clean , big TV and awesome breakfast yummy
A great choice in the Inland Empire. Near the Mall, plenty of food choices, easy access from 60 freeway & pet friendly. Usually very busy so plan ahead for reservations.
Our space was very clean the guy at check in was accommodating and friendly. The hotel is quiet and conveniently located near freeways and shopping.
