Very convenient location and helpful, friendly staff. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a bit blah but there was a very nice cafe a few doors down.
The hotel was nice. The staff were nice. The suite I got was nice, but the view from the room was terrible. The hotel is just a short two block walk from Times Square. The so call breakfast was mediocre at best, but as an alternative there are many restaurants nearby. The elevators are slow. I would stay here again but would try and negotiate the price.
Close to all of the major attractions, including Time Square. Rooms are a little small, but we were hardly ever in the rooms anyhow. I would definitely stay there again in the future!
Un hotel maravilloso en el corazón de Manhattan habitaciones confortables excelente atención, el recurso humano muy cálido muy amable tienen personal que habla español e inglés así que es como estar en casa y una comida delicioosaa ! Definitivamente volvería encantada una y mil veces lo recomiendo a ojo cerrado!
Hotel com ótima localização e funcionários prestativos. Muito boa a experiência. Custo e benefício excelentes. Recomendo! Ponto negativo, o espaço para o café da manhã. Extremamente pequeno! Entretanto há, exatamente do outro lado da rua, uma Starbucks, a qual também recomendo! Enjoy!
