worst hotel I've ever stayed at! had to have the key fix 5x also did not clean the room! smell really bad. very disappointed
I’ll never stay at this location again. Horrible experience, they filter reviews and don’t post the ones they don’t like. I’ve been contacted by two people at this point that have just talked in circles. Bottom line, if you are against masks - this is your hotel. The people above us must have had a very poor upbringing because they had no respect for anyone in hearing distance. It sounded like it was a zoo animals above us. I called the front desk 3-4 times and it didn't help anything because the noise never stopped. So complaining to them that night was a waste of time. I left a complaint with the person at the desk the next day and she said there was not a thing she could do about it ( another waste of time). I was sent there by my company, so I didn't know what I was going to walk into. I worked in the past in hotels for few years, without any doubt I can tell this is a top quality hotel. From staff, to service and facility, I can't have anything but good comments. Highly recommend it.
