This place would get a 10 in all areas and this is why. Upon arrival I requested a extra blanket. As soon as I requested it they quickly brought one. Mrs. Daruslla that works down in the breakfast area was extremely helpful and friendly. She was one of the best staff although all the staff were accommodating and friendly. Facility was very clean. I am a regular to this property because it is always a great place to stay. Staff is amazing - especially Robert!. It is comfortable, clean, quiet and very convenient to downtown for work and special events and sports venues.
Staffs are very kind. Good locations to go to the Chase field. Clean room. There are microwave range, fridge, keurig capsule machine. In 10 minutes walking distance, the famous Mother Bunch Brewing is located.
The rooms were very clean in the neighborhood was safe
Love staying at this Holiday Inn Express. Why? Cause it is like family, from check in to check out the team at Holiday inn Ballpark Phoenix really knows how to provide quality service. I stay at this location minimum 4 nights a month but an average of 10 and each check in with Robert and Jen is ready, fun and welcoming. Thank you both for giving A++++ customer service!
