clean spacious rooms been to Lincoln twice in the last month wouldn't stay no where else

Nice, clean hotel. Housekeeping not so good. Only made one bed. Did not do refills on coffee. It is in the perfect location. I would stay here again.
I had a great time in this hotel!! The environment there is very welcoming! Food is delicious and the staff very kind and willing to help you! I would love to come back there!�
Absolutely horrible place, nightmare! Not only they refused to provide rollout bed, despite it was included in the reservation and in the brochure inside the room, they also rejected in the most rude fassion request for extra blanket, lying they did not have any and hanging up the conversation with my wife over the phone. I have never seen such unwelcoming and unbelievable rude treatment! Shame!!!
Seriously such a sweet spot to check into! We loved the fireplace and the awesome jetted bathtub, so relaxing after 14 hours of driving! The customer service was impeccable from arrival, as well as through check in and checkout. We learned about your "dog watching" policies and I was instantly enamored. Thanks for a great nights stay!!

Went for a girls trip/ wedding. One of the girls came home with bed bugs. The comforter and sheets were dirty. First night found beetles in our room. Asked them to come take them out but they couldn't leave the desk. Very disappointed and it is such and shame to come home and throw my stuff away in order to keep them from coming into my house. Sure turned the trip into a bummer.
