Hotel seems to be undergoing a refurbishment. So i will judge on what I can be accurate on. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and breakfast was very good. I would stay here again even with the remodel.
Our experience with Holiday Inn Express & Suites Concord by IHG was extremely disappointing. The morning of our arrival, at around 9:30 a.m., the hotel called to say that the credit card on file had been declined. We had made this reservation months in advance, yet we were told that if we didn't call back by 10:00 a.m., our reservation would be canceled. This hotel is a joke they don’t have quarters for laundry the lady at the front desk Indian looking lady was not helpful worst service ever never coming here again
