Horrible service and high prices
Omgosh the breakfast is amazing fruit, feral, muffins, bacon, turkey sausage, omelets, bagels AND MORE...them cookies at front desk are addicting, I stay in A LOT of hotels this is my favorite stay by far. Staff is friendly, location was great Walgreens next door along with steak n shake!!!
Second time staying there due to husband's medical procedures. I'm extremely happy with the staff and how helpful they are. I had to change an existing reservation without much notice, but it was not a problem. They took care of the exact floor request and the refrigerator. It was quiet so I was able to sleep well, and enjoy breakfast the next morning. Will definitely be staying there again at another time! Thank you!
I thought the second shift personnel was great but the gentleman when I left didn’t say thank you or kiss my A___s or nothing. Very disappointed in the gentleman today but very pleased with crew that checked me in Thursday evening

Very friendly service and super comfy beds. I'd made a comment when leaving and the house keeper said they were new. Room was clean and very reasonable for Downtown.
I liked the express, it was clean and inviting...i always stay at a holiday Inn express where ever I go and will continue to do so....
Rooms smell like smoke, asked for another one - same thing, third room the desk sent someone (before I got up there) to spritz air freshener- still smoke filled - no thanks for $150.
