Room had 1 sock that was embroidered with do not disturb left under the desk?? (New scavenger hunt maybe 🤔) so not confident about the cleaning crew. Entrances were not the most convenient with attest 2 of the 4 Entrances had 1 or 2 steps making unloading and loading luggage less convenient. Breakfast was very good with lots of hot and cold options and well stocked. (Egg omelets,bacon, sausage, potatoes, pancakes) Staff was polite and friendly. Small but nice pool. The staff was very professional and polite, Wanda at the check in desk explained everything very well and was very helpful over our stay. My wife had said that there was bad reviews for the ac units being loud, they were.
Front desk was very welcoming, but hotel needs renovation. Toilet handle broken and when mentioned, still not repaired. Ac definitely about to break as it makes so much noise when compressor kicks on it wakes us up each time. Mold in shower and room smells like its been flooded before. Frankly all the hallways do and numerous stains in carpets. Friends in three other rooms of hotel and they are also complaining of smell, uncomfortableand worn out beds, etc. Just feel dirty. Do not recommend.
