Once we get to the room the telephone was not working at all no dialtone and we also had a two-month-old very sick Baby?thank God we had our cell phones and to top that off the remote control to the television was not even working it was the worst experience .that I had, holiday in express considering I used to use them when I travel I will never go back this location neither what I recommend it to anyone.
Our family want to thanks the nice lady at the desk who welcomed us at 11:00pm on july 6th after 14 hours on the road and no room for the night. We where desperate and she was so helpful and lovely. The rooms were clean and very convenient. The breakfast was delicious.
Snowed in here. Staff was really helpful and friendly. Room was clean, breakfast was good. Overall a positive stay.
The lovely lady that checked me in on Sunday evening, was the nicest person I have ever might in a long time while on travel. Holiday Inn you definitely have a great asset to your property. She deserves to be night shift supervisor because of everything she does for all the guest that stay there...and btw the rooms are wonderful.�
It was a great stay, very clean ,updated furnishing, breakfast and close to 95
They need a new job supervisor that has detail to the work being done , They been remodeling for 6months not 1 room is complete , remodeled bathroom paint peeling off walls + caulking not done around base boards, drywall mud on tiles + sink, hall ways ceiling paint falling off, no base boards, looks worse then a bad motel 6 , take 1 floor + room at a time + complete the job with detail , I stay here all the time but ready to go next door to Hilton Get a New Job Supervisor with detail to work
Ok motel. Rooms are a little humid. Could have had more amenities. Was really hoping it would have a pool since we were here on Memorial Day weekend. Overall a decent place to stay for a night.
Room was ok but price was a bit high for the value. Large cobweb in the corner up high over the window, appeared to be clean otherwise. Breakfast was ok as well, ham & eggs a little dried out. But a roof over our head for the night.
