I wouldn’t even give a 1 star for service it was horrible we’re from out town so we was on vacation coming to stay there 1st off I paid extra to get the ocean view I never got wat was advertised in the picture when I booked the hotel and then when we finally made it there we was little late cuz it was storming bad and we got caught in parking was horrible we had park so far from the hotel n the back parking lot where the sign said park at your own risk so we stressed bout our car and couldn’t really take any of our stuff to ... read more
A very clean hotel with friendly staff. The breakfast buffet from 6:30am-9am every day is very extensive with lots of options for meat lovers and vegans. A kid approved pool is in the back, open seasonally, and most rooms have a beautiful view of Biloxi Beach. Located across from great souvenir shops and near seafood restaurants, the hotel is in a great area. Each room comes with a microwave and mini-fridge. Great hotel. But if you are staying here during the cruise just know that driving on the coast is going to slow down alot.
Traveler Beware!!!! We stayed here last year. The location is great, but that is it. The first thing you notice is the smell of mildew, lingering cigarette smoke, and hints of marijuana. There were shady people lingering in the hallways and especially in the parking lot. Some rooms had over 6 people staying in one room with one bed. We left for dinner and came back to an almost full parking lot, and had to park in the dimly lit back parking lot.
