Room was clean and comfortable, seemed to have been remodeled somewhat recently. Staff was friendly. Easy to access from the highway, directly across from a casino. A little bit of a trek to Camden Yards but doable. A couple of minor gripes- they only had 1 working elevator, so there was a bit of a wait. And for some reason on the second day of my stay, they closed off all of the covered parking with yellow tape. Stinks to have to pay $15 a day for parking and not have that option.
Disappointing Experience – Poor Cleanliness and Unprofessional Service I booked two rooms at this hotel and paid an additional $60 per room for early check-in, expecting a smooth and comfortable stay. Unfortunately, that was far from the experience we had. Upon arrival, the check-in process was met with unnecessary hostility. An older, dark-skinned woman at the front desk, wearing glasses and a wig, was extremely rude and unprofessional. The rooms are acceptable but not the best. They were a little humid and improved a bit with the AC being on, but not much. The location was good and close to some attractions but restaurants are not in a walking distance. The best thing about this place is the service. Christine from the front desk was very kind and welcoming.
