We stayed 2 nights because our cruise ship was delayed coming to the port due to bad weather. Marlo was nice when we checked in and out. Also big shout out to McKenzie Cole for all the accommodations even with a full hotel. He was super friendly and polite. Good stay. Represents to company well! He even took our picture!

The front desk staff are excellent. At check in, there was a desk agent that was so sweet, I was convinced that she was made of sugar. What a refreshing experience. Upon check out, a man accompanied by a housekeeper, chatted me up as I began my departure process. Both were extremely nice people. Overall I'd say it was a great experience.
