IHG MEMBER. Hot water was an issue. The addressed it, but we still had to wait 20-30 minutes of running water for the hot water to reach floor 5 back of building. Avoid booking that area
Clean, very hospitable! Really enjoyed our stay!
Rooms are comfortable and clean. Service is excellent...Keno is so kind and pleasant. Always a smile and recognizes us when we are here even though we only stay 3 or 4 times a year. Joy is another excellent employee. She goes out of her way to accommodate us and all guests. She provides excellent services. Joy makes the stay more like home. All is good except the $30 a day parking fee, which is over and above the ridiculous game weekend rates. Seems like they could eat that fee for Priority Members.
