This is NOT a typical Holiday Inn Express. It is an old hotel that has been renovated poorly. Carpet tiles in rooms are poorly installed (air bubbles left) and dirty. Room smells like urine. Ther claim to have wifi available in the rooms but it does not connect on the 5th floor. TV interface is awkward and no instructions were left in the room. 10$ parking fee to park in the hotel parking lot after you just paid for your room is ridiculous. It's not even secured parking. The hotels parking issues shouldn't be burdened by they're guests. Poor business decision in my opinion. Not about the money its the principal. Will stay elsewhere.
