If you are looking for a middle tier hotel masquerading as a luxury boutique hotel, this place is for you! Stayed for a weekend. Internet was out of order the entire time. Front desk said we called I.T, sorry. Bathrooms in lobby looked and smelled like a port a potty at a week long outdoor concert. Rooms had wires running along walls in conduit. Superb highly recommend lively hotel in the heart of Dallas will definitely return clean well organized rooms
We where blown away with the Beeman Hotel. The staff was great the rooms clean and comfortable. We had spent the night before at a more expensive hotel that did not live up to the price. If we ever need to stay in Dallas the Beeman Hotel would be our first choice. Also the lounge/bar was amazing. Great service!

We had a wonderful stay at the new Mockingbird Hotel! We were only here for two nights and we got in late on the first night. The beds were very comfortable. The second night once we got home from dinner Alexis was working at the front desk and treated us like royalty. She gave our kids stuffed bears and special treats. She was SO kind! We felt welcome, warm and safe. We will definitely be back and will be staying at the Mockingbird when we do. Thank you, Alexis! And Mockingbird staff for making our stay so great.
