Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Dallas. Convenient to locations all over the city. Staff is friendly and helpful, bar and restaurant has good service and food options.
I love it
Was pleasantly surprised at how quiet or room was considering is right on the expressway this is probably the cleanest bathroom I've ever had in the hotel it would have been nice to have Outlets or place to plug in her cell phone next to the bed but we managed by plugging it in on the desk. The atmosphere is very pleasant and the staff was very friendly. I must say I was kind of excited when I saw the sign that said Aviary until I realized it was actually a conference room haha
Parking situation made me feel unsafe as a woman traveling alone. I was extremely disappointed with the parking situation at Hotel Mockingbird. The hotel charges $43 per day for valet parking, yet during my stay the valet parking area appeared virtually empty. I took a photo because I was surprised by how much available space there seemed to be. Walked into breakfast with a voucher asking for help and nobody lifted a finger. Asked for the manager who wasn’t available. Very pretty hotel but shouldn’t be Marriott if they’re not going to honor member benefits.
