Newly remodeled. OK contemporary furnishings. Really nice employees
Great boutique hotel, clean rooms wide hallways l good location with The most amazing staff especially Jakory who when above and beyond. When we checked out our amazing package arrived to the hotel and we already out of state. It was patient even took her package back to return with an email follow up. That service is rare these days and I appreciate it
Used to love this place. Now it’s a poor wanna be spot for unsuspecting SMU parents. The “makeover” just made it worse. Never staying here again
The hotel is beautiful but the walls are paper thin, I could not hear people talking in the room next to me very clearly.
Hotel is beautiful and the location is perfect and close to SMU. However, the hotel just changed their name and if you put the name in uber/Lyft, it takes you to a random collision center 17 min away from hotel. When I told staff, they said they keep getting that comment but it isn't their fault as they cant tell Uber what to do. I recommended they send a note to guests so the guest can enter address into apps so they dont miss important mtgs due to the issue.
