First time to Vegas. Came to see Kenny Chesney at the Sphere. The location is perfect for walking to the show. The 2 bedroom villa was perfect and clean. Staff texted to follow up on if the room met our needs and to see if we needed additional towels etc. Everyone was friendly. We felt no pressure as we know this is a time share resort. The resort is the perfect, gated and quiet respite from the Vegas strip hustle and bustle, but it is within walking distance to the strip and Linq Promenade. The view is the Sphere (right next door!) from building 15 is amazing, and the High Roller ferris wheel view from the property is pretty cool, too! My only issue, and it's tiny, is that the cable didn't work in my room.

This hotel is perfectly situated right next to the Sphere and the High Roller, and if you stay on the higher floors, you get an incredible, unobstructed view of them! Walking to the Main Strip takes about 15 minutes and the pedestrian route itself isn't the most walker-friendly. However, a great pro-tip if you have a good sense of direction inside: you can easily cut through The Venetian to get to the Strip comfortably. The location is very convenient, walking distance to everything on the Vegas strip. Will definitely stay again.
