Had a great time at te resort. A couple of issues with the room but the staff was in the spot. It was super cool to have the Sphere right behind the resort. Had an opportunity yo go see The Wizard of Oz.

I was not impressed the staff. For a resort it was ok. There was only one nice guy who offered to give us a ride on the golf cart and Osha at the activity room who help us build a bear. They both made us feel welcomed everyone else just seemed to be so grumpy. It does have a great view of the sphere and multiple swimming pools on the grounds.

The only five-star amenity I can give here, is the proximity to The Sphere; basically, across the parking lot, a fairly easy walk even in triple digit temperatures. Other than that, it was a mediocre experience at best. There were multiple steps to the check-in process, including a half-hour with a push sales associate who insisted we needed to book more shows and sit through a presentation about Vacation Club; they acted obnoxiously familiar with us, even referring to my husband as “Papa”.
