RecommendedI spent a week here due to a house fire. Everyone from the front desk to cleaning were very friendly and helpful. Always greeted me when I came in and as I would leave. Was able to have my dogs in the room with me. Room was stocked so I could cook and had a refrigerator, full size, so I could keep any groceries I bought. The shower was amazing. RecommendedFor the price and proximity near Universal Studios I would definitely stay here again!! Staff was on point even with the pandemic! Had breakfast packaged and ready to go !

RecommendedAfter checking into one hotel and immediately checking out, we checked into the Holiday Inn & Suites - North Beach. What a difference! This hotel staff is accommodating and helpful. They are friendly, courteous and understanding. We will definitely stay here again when we visit VA Beach!!!
RecommendedI slept in the bed and I enjoy my room I just found a little glitch I am operating the coffee machine and there was a towel lodged between the doorway of the next room in our room but other than that I thought we had a good time at the Holiday Inn
warning!! before you decide to stay here so that your little ones can swim..make sure you reserve your pool time. signs are posted near the pool..but not at the front desk. The front desk will not even notify you of the policy...even if you have asked multiple time if the pool is open or what the hours are. I don't mind following policy but seriously post it where it's most likely to be seen as your guest are checking in. I would have taken my money somewhere else.
