ZERO Stars out of 5. This hotel is utilized as a "weekly stay" for local people. There are people roaming the halls yelling on their phones, letting their toddlers run free in the hallways, and banging on doors at 2am in the morning. There were definitely people coming and going from rooms that were not staying there. Safety is nil. The rooms are not soundproof. You can hear everything from the hallway in your suite. RecommendedThe Front Desk Associates were awesome but especially the Agent who’s first name begins with a Z. She was outstanding. I managed hotels for 20 years and she’s definitely someone you want on your Management Team. She truly cared about us and went the extra mile to ensure we had a great stay. She delivered the wow factor. Side note: The room was a little less clean than I expected but we still had a great time.

RecommendedVery happy will come back. Has walk up breakfast. They will let you know what they have available and bring it to you. You do have to take back to your room to eat. They had pancakes, sausage, muffins, yogurt, hot and cold cereal, fruit, OJ apple juice, and coffee.

I wouldnt recommend anyone to stay here. When we first checked in we had to ask for extra linens bc there were 6 of us but they knew that before we checked in they knew that when we booked it. We then go to take a shower and guess what no wash towels so had to go get those. Ok we let those two things go but when the days followed and there was trash/ dirty diapers and dirty towels in the hall and we went down and reported it was told it would be picked up never was picked up.
