I'm a regular guest from Australia...first stayed here in 1993 after it was recommended by staff at the old Holiday Inn on Highland & Hollywood Boulevard (I used to stay there, and one time it was all booked out). I instantly liked the Burbank hotel and its tranquil setting, great staff and clean rooms. I've since stayed here many times, and intend to again. Celebrating 13 years with the man God had intended for me, and I couldn't have had a better celebration than the one I am having here. The staff is excellent and full of smiles. Since we checked in yesterday I have not seen one employee not smiling. This informs me that they really love there job and that makes the entire corporation looks great. My stay here is peaceful and even got a few laughs in with the ladies in the media and sales office. I love it and now they have to deal with me for life because this is new my new ... read more
The hotel could be a bit dated but the location is pretty good. A lot of restaurants and shops around. Ask for a room on a high floor because the view is just amazing.
