The people--desk, dining area, housekeeping--are terrific. The bed, especially the pillows, was uncomfortable. There was water damage to the floor outside the bathroom at some point which I know because the carpet passing feels weird in that spot. The AC turned off and on all night. But the service mostly makes up for the shortcomings.

Over all my stay was great, the room was smaller than I expected but the staff was great, the breakfast was awesome, the dinning room isn't open for dinner you have to order at the bar but the food was very good. I would definitely stay there again.

This will most likely be my last time staying here. I usually stay at this hotel when attending a conference because it's closer to the venue than other options, but this visit was very disappointing. When I arrived, the room door would not close properly unless it was forcefully pushed shut, which was concerning from a security standpoint.
