Room rate great beds great front desk personnel awesome
Needs updating. Room air-conditioning was not adequate. We were here in September and it wasn't cool enough in our room. Smells a bit strange. Carpet in rooms old and stained. Our room balcony door was old and hard to open and close. Complimentary coffee was never hot. Bar and restaurant open and close strange hours. Food is subpar. We saw people sending food back that was uneatable on 2 different days. Elevators make strange noises(scary). I would never stay here again. We come to Austin often. It was a good price.
