Paid $200 for the night. The concierge had a bad attitude. The tile around the pool is so slippery when wet that you can’t walk confidently. (My children slipped and fell three different times while walking.) The rooms are okay but: they only set out 3 towels for a room that was booked for a family of 7, we only ever had lukewarm water in the shower, the bathroom door is barn style so no lock for privacy and the fan didn’t work so it smelt like a family of 7 who had been road tripping all day and needed to poop. Driving cross country to take my daughter to college and we spent the night here. Hotel room was above average, breakfast spread was great, but the best part was the customer service; specifically Jasmine and the front desk. She was very helpful and got my daughter and I a room for the best rate. Great experience and I had to leave a comment because of my interaction with her.
Employees' Mental Health Experience/Customer Triangulation Customers have come to me with complaints, stating that they lack trust in this location regarding their belongings and communication. The lady at the front desk when we arrived was rude on both interactions we had with her. She was on her personal cell phone when we arrived. We stood there while she wrapped up a call with her mother. My daughter went down about 20 min. Later to purchase a drink for the front desk and the lady acted like we were bothering her with our request. Eye rolls and all. The rooms were GREAT! The housekeepers were friendly.
