I arrived after 6p to check in, and was checked in really quick with no issues. Only reason I didn't rate 5 stars was, when I got up to my room it hadn't been cleaned by housekeeping yet. But, other than that the ladies who helped me and the "other" room was good
They have an opportunity to turn this place around. It is a nice hotel and the women that work the breakfast food are delightful and awesome. The rest of the staff was short and rude and unhelpful with certain issues we had. Room 204 has some issues. Even previous reviewers have said this room is a struggle. Pool needs new tile. That floor tile is a liability waiting to happen. Please fix these issues. Hotel is beautiful
