Horrible Apartment to live in . My landlord is a SLUMLORD and will not fix anything right or pay top dollar . Roach problems before I moved in my apartment. Mold painted over , paint jobs are being painted with old paint and adds water to the paint as well. Unfortunately they only good thing out of living here is the the landlord would be Lenient with rent . But after 8 and half years of living here is not worth it AT ALL .
