We were welcomed by Randy who showed us how to operate the houseboat, very nice fellow. Able to rent paddle boards and they let us leave them on the houseboat and just walk back to get our deposit back. All staff were very helpful, offering to help us pack our stuff back to the car. Overall a great experience. Only unpleasant experience was trying to get lunch, 6 of us so I can understand delay, but we weren't allowed to have fries instead of onion rings with the special which 4 of us ordered. Awesome experience!!!!! We had Aaron help us turn everything in and he was AWESOME! This cat is definitely manager material and has such a great customer service character! I own my business up in Mt. Shasta and I would hire this guy in a heart beat!
We absolutely love everything about Holiday Harbor Marina. It is our favorite for Houseboat Rentals.... The houseboats are so clean and the rental, loading, unloading and launching of our own boat is so organized... they make it easy (and anyone whose rented houseboats anywhere knows it is a blast but not easy loading and unloading) ! We have rented from them quite a few times and will definitely be back!
The best place to rent a houseboat on Shasta Lake. They are so friendly, so helpful, the boats are awesome and we come twice a year every year. It rocks!!!!!
