Are not upfront about prices, the last 3 colors I had they kept trying to add a 20.00 fee to ,from color consulting fee to the last being a fee added to the coloring, no one ever told me of this fee till I paid, so pissed off, when I ask for a number to call to complain to, I was told that there was none and I could just do an online complaint, well I found a number And I complained loud and clear!!! I will never go back!!!! Very poor service!
