Update #2 if you renew your lease in May or June, put in your notice instead of renewing. It will seriously save you $500. The apartments are going for way less and then reapply for your apartment. I've put the phot below of how much cheaper it is. Update: the doors are never shut for the "indoor" apartments so random people walk threw and smoke crack in the hallway. I've added a photo. Do not rent here. It may seem like a decent price, but it's not worth it. Find somewhere else. Management has too much foolishness going on.
