I have lived at the holiday gardens for a few years in a studio, and I personally have nothing but good things to say. The staff and maintenance has always been responsive and willing to assist in any way. It's in a great area, and I think some of the reviews on sketchy people are a little over exaggerated. In my experience, the people were nice and friendly, and the staff does their best to keep things like the pool clean throughout the summer despite alot of kids running around. I'd recommend it to anyone!
Holiday Gardens When we moved into Holiday gardens a year ago it wasn’t too bad. Yes, it was in a bad area of town, but at the time the management kept up the landscaping and the pool, and it was quiet. In the past few months, the new management has completely let the place go to ruin. The pool is used by anybody and everybody who does not live here and they continuously say that they will put a mechanism on the pool gate so people can’t reach over and open it, and never do. Don’t move in here, this place seems like a good value for the price but the leasing office manager is smug and dismissive. The staff will enter your apartment without notice and then treat you with distain and disregard your concerns when you try to address the issue. Any mistakes you make as a tenant will be punished quickly with as many fines and fees as they can think of(I’ve always paid rent on time and never been penalized) but if they violate your lease by entering your unit without notice, they will threaten you with... read more
I DO NOT RECOMMEND ! UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF, AND CORPORATE OFFICE . This apartment complex is understaffed and does not care if left in the cold for weeks at a time. They want their rent check promptly, even if issues are not fixed. They are willing to put you on the streets first!!!
