Run Down Apartments
Update: the doors are never shut for the "indoor" apartments so random people walk threw and smoke crack in the hallway. I've added a photo. First, I like to say the apartment for the price is good. The office staff is super sweet. However, the safety is super questionable. First, I like to say the apartment for the price is good. The office staff is super sweet. However, the safety is super questionable. I have lived at the holiday gardens for a few years in a studio, and I personally have nothing but good things to say. The staff and maintenance has always been responsive and willing to assist in any way. It's in a great area, and I think some of the reviews on sketchy people are a little over exaggerated. In my experience, the people were nice and friendly, and the staff does their best to keep things like the pool clean throughout the summer despite alot of kids running around. I'd recommend it to anyone!
