Had a 7 o’clock appointment for a recall only to find out when I got there. They don’t open till 730. Service advisor told me the recall will take about an hour and 30 minutes truck sat outside in the parking lot For an hour. Recall still not done will take elsewhere. Service writes strike me is having poor attitudes
Save yourself the headache of dealing with their service department. I recently gave their service department another shot after a several year hiatus. Nothing has changed. Rude, disorganized and unresponsive. Do yourself a favor and take your Ford vehicle to Lindsay for any service you may have.
