Terrific Service – These guys were great. From start to finish they were polite and informative. I felt so good about them working on my unit, and having them repair my a/c. They were on time, and when they left there was no mess, it was like they weren't here at all, save the fact that the unit was working correctly! I would recommend them to everyone!
Great service – These people are awesome!!!! I have had some trouble with my unit, in the constant switch between heat and cool, and this crazy weather! I called them, because one of the rooms was having terrible air flow. I had a couple of estimates from other people, and they were trying to charge me, like over 1000.00! I thought that was crazy. They are AWFUL – i have never seen such an inconmpetent bunch of bozos. The owner/manager (whatever he is, "Garner" is his name") should be in jail;. How does someone like him get a license to do business? Not only did he cheat me out of money, he did both of my neighbors the same way. If you don't like your money and don't want the job done right, call Holiday Comfort Parts, Inc.
Amazing service – I called out Holiday Comfort during the snow storm, because we didn't have any heat on my first floor. They came out, and repair the problem within 3 hours. Even though it was snowing and after hours they charged me very little and replaced a part. It was wonderful. My neighbor had a similar problem and it took her 3 days to get it corrected and double the price. I would recommend Holiday Comfort to everyone! Chris
Horrible experiences – We bought a brand new house which Holiday Comfort did the HVAC and it has been one problem after the other. First time we turned on AC, did not work and had to argue to get them to come out. Winter came and the heating had a gas leak and we had to wait 3 nights in 30 degree weather for them to fix the problem which they tried to charge us for, the house was 6 months old! Great Service – These guys were great! They were fast and affordable. I would recommend them to anyone that has any trouble with their unit. They arrived when they said they would and the people you talk to in the office are super willing to help. It was great to have a dependable company come out and fix my Air Condition unit.
Great all around – Wow, not only did I get my AC fixed at a low rate I got it done in a timely manner. I would recommend this shop to any of my friends and already have. I needed my ac fixed quickly because of my newborn, not only were they prompt but their technicians were very knowledgeable and courteous.
Wonderful and intelligent service technicians, prompt service, fair pricing – Wow, in these 95+ degree days I knew my goose was cooked when my A/C went out. I called Holiday Comfort after a neighbor recommended and the service was great! They were out there the same day and had the problem fixed within 24 hours. Highly Recommended!!!!!!!!!!!!!! – I used Holiday Comfort recently on my townhome of 5 years. I called on a Monday morning and by 5pm that evening my HVAC unit was serviced. Not only was the office attendants very helpful and curtious but the service engineers were prompt and understanding about the questions that I had. I have recommended Holiday Comfort to many other people that was equally impressed.
