I have purchased several vehicles from Summit Auto. Some have been new and some have been used. Each and every time between sales, finance and service they get me exactly what I am looking for. I just had twin boys and have already arranged for them to get me the exact minivan I was looking for and it only took them 1 day to find it!! How is that for customer service? Purchased a pre-owned truck, not all the options listed were functional, even though they were marked off on the inspection list. After several calls and a trip back they felt I should be responsible for the cost to get them functional.(even though they were on the list of options I had already paid for). I then noticed there was no jack in the vehicle, even though it was noted on the inspection checklist as functional. Another trip (60miles) to get a jack from them. Now I am going to have to take more of my time to go throu... read more

Just bought a used minivan from Holiday, the sales people were great, very honest and courteous. They did the usual inspection of the vehicle before I had contacted them, and they took care of any issues with it, they replaced the front brake pads and rotors and did an oil and air filter change. They didnt leave the vehicle with any problems. Also, the van was priced very well, I couldnt be happier.
