I'd give them 1 for having friendly salesmen, otherwise I am in the middle of a terrible experience with them. October 15 this year I bought a used Chrysler Town and Country from them. I had some concerns that day, no carfax, bad bondo job, they hadn't cleaned it, and several times being told I had an as-is warranty. I bought it anyway. And now 32 days later found out I need a entire new radiator at $1600! And they are refusing to help. I got a sorry Holly our hands are tied, you have an as-is warranty.
