You sold my sister a car on friday last week 4/17. As of Friday there was an issue with a cv axel. Zero stars. 14,500 for a vehicle that was not inspected correctly. Ps a mechanic l. The black is a tree shadow.
We went in with a vehicle in mind and after a test drive we decided we didn't like it. Anh did an excellent job finding what we wanted with all the accessories we were looking for. Everyone was polite and very helpful and answered all our questions. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from here and will definitely look here in the future.
Holiday Automotive has always helped me with any issue I have had with my car and they always explain everything throughly so I can understand what needs to be fixed. Plus they have never done any work on my car that I didn't approve ( I have had issues with this at other automotive shops)
Had an experience with AI that said the vehicles we were looking at would be available which they were not. When we went there took a long time to see only one vehicle of the 4 we picked. Not satisfied with the overall experience. Went there before and it was great but won’t go back again.
