After trying to sell my car to Carvana, GiveMeTheVin, and Bergstrom—only to receive lowball offers and deal with a lot of unnecessary back-and-forth—I found Dean, the import sales manager at Holiday Auto Group. The process was fast, easy, and gave me the best real offer. They even picked up my car 50 miles away from the dealership!
Just spent the last week looking at cars. Aaron Koenig was fantastic, super helpful and easy to talk to. There ended up being paperwork on my end we had to wait the weekend for and Aaron came in on his day off for a bit just to finish the sale so I could go home in my new car that much sooner! This is the 2nd vehicle I've gotten from Holiday. The first needed some extra maintenance after 8 years of being owned by me but was still great to drive, I just need more cargo space nowadays.
I would not recommend Holiday Automotive based on my experience. About two years ago, I bought a vehicle from them that has turned out to be a piss-poor car. I’ve had ongoing problems with it, and now I’m in a position where I can’t even trade it in without taking a huge financial hit. To make matters worse, my experience with Jeff Gravelle has been extremely frustrating.
