I found the vehicle I was looking for online at Holiday for a good price. I drove 45 minutes to test the car. I also had another car at a different dealership which I was going to test drive. I was greeted by Alex K. who showed me the car I was interested in. Alex was personable and friendly. After examining the first car I went on to look at the other one. Everyone was super helpful! Especially my sales person Dan Dettmann. He was very knowledgeable and cordial! I would highly recommend this dealership and I would highly recommend working with Dan if you get the chance! I am very very happy with the vehicle I purchased!
Definitely NOT worth the drive! Sales department treated me well. Purchased warranty that has paid for itself. Service department is so incapable, I can't believe they would even know how to check the tire pressure on a vehicle! Very poor service, if you can even get any! I've had my vehicle in for 3 things since I purchased it. Those 3 things took 7 trips from 45 minutes away, and it still isn't fixed properly! My experience says, do not go there for any service!
Will not stop sending extended warranty scam mail to my email and house, stopped using them for service, and even moved out of state and they found my new address. Did not answer emails to stop.
Worked with Jack Taylor to purchase a 2015 Benz. His service was fast, and of high quality. He helped me through every step while making sure every question and need was met throughout the process.
