This my first time for an oil change at Holiday. From my first interaction to the last, each team member was pleasant, professional, and friendly. Yes, friendly! I was in and out in under an hour, and that included them finding a piece of metal in my time. The 2 members working the service counter made sure each person was greeted as they walked in the door, and genuinely delivered caring customer service. Thank you for restoring my faith in the automotive customer service experience. I will be back!
