Great great great! I went in to be "spontaneous" and Chantale was able to fit me in right away. She walked me through the shop and explain their policies. Erin and Nik were so professional and made me feel at ease. They took their time explaining the process and aftercare, but were speedy when it counted. Looking forward to my follow up and jewelry change.

Chantale responded to my Messenger inquiry and performed the service I wanted. Her communication was top-notch, my experience was comfortable, and the price was less than I expected. Her customer before me was a preschooler who got her lobes pierced for the first time and was all smiles. I will refer others to Hole Lotta Love and may be back myself.
We brought our daughters here for their first ear piercings and it was wonderful. Very patient and warm with nervous kids.
